Our client a IT Services Company is looking to hire IT Support - six months Contract.

 

Background/Experience/Required Skills

 

• Knowledge in PC Installation and configuration.

• Providing basic troubleshooting and guidance to customers in resolving their issues.

• Decommission Support for old laptops.

• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware related issue.

• Communication : Interact with team leader and to follow their guidance
• Fresh graduates who have done internship in IT Support also welcome to apply

• Experience: 1 to 3 years
• Work Location: Kwun Tong
• Basic IT Support knowledge
• Working Hours : Monday to Friday - 9:00 am to 6:00.pm
• You will get to work with investment bank.
