- Handle daily operation works
- Responsible for full set of accounts including month end closing, tax and other reporting requirements
- Responsible for sub-group consolidation
- Liaise with external auditors and tax representative to ensure all statutory and tax compliance requirements are met
- Perform any ad hoc responsibilities as assigned by the management or team head
Requirements:
- Degree or above in Accounting or Finance
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in auditing, accounting and reporting, preferably in real estate industry
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Tally is an advantage
- Good command of English
- Able to meet tight timelines, independent, initiative with good analytical and communication skills
- Immediate available is preferred
