Our client, a leading IT services company is currently seeking to hire a IT Relationship Officer.

Responsibility

• Work under End-user Support team
• Handle end-users’ enquiries, update the service information follow-up
• Promoting IT Service to department, exploring their needs and expectation
• Prepare survey to end-users and review the survey result with End-User Support team

Requirement

• Relevant working experience preferred;
• Good communication skills with analytical mind;
• A self-confident, customer-oriented, outgoing energetic team player with good learning attitude are preferred;
