IT Support Specialist

Our client a IT Services Company is looking to hire IT Support Specialist. 

Responsibilities
  • Provide desktop support for hardware and software issues, both remotely and onsite.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to desktop systems and peripherals.
  • Assist users with operating systems, including Mac, Linux, and Windows.
  • Support audio and video conferencing setups and troubleshoot related issues.
  • Manage IT assets and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely resolution of support requests.
  • Document support processes and maintain knowledge base articles.
  • Stay updated with ITIL processes and best practices.

Requirements
  • Prior experience in desktop support or related field
  • In-depth knowledge of desktop hardware and software systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in computer operating systems such as Mac, Linux, and Windows
  • Exceptional time-management and multitasking abilities
  • Remote support and onsite support
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Having experience in Outlook/office 365.
  • Audio and Video conference support
  • IT asset management experience
  • Good knowledge on ITIL Process
  • Experience: Between 2 Years to 3 Years
