Our client a IT Services Company is looking to hire IT Support Specialist.
Responsibilities
- Provide desktop support for hardware and software issues, both remotely and onsite.
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to desktop systems and peripherals.
- Assist users with operating systems, including Mac, Linux, and Windows.
- Support audio and video conferencing setups and troubleshoot related issues.
- Manage IT assets and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely resolution of support requests.
- Document support processes and maintain knowledge base articles.
- Stay updated with ITIL processes and best practices.
Requirements
- Prior experience in desktop support or related field
- In-depth knowledge of desktop hardware and software systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in computer operating systems such as Mac, Linux, and Windows
- Exceptional time-management and multitasking abilities
- Remote support and onsite support
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Having experience in Outlook/office 365.
- Audio and Video conference support
- IT asset management experience
- Good knowledge on ITIL Process
- Experience: Between 2 Years to 3 Years
