Our Client a Multinational Jewellery company is looking to hire Sales & Business Development

Responsibilities:
  • Increasing brand awareness and market share.
  • Visit & or call the customer periodically with new products /concepts / ideas & get business from those customers based on what is shared with them.
  • Plan for various Exhibition and Trade Shows to market the products.
  • Making budget sheet for the event after negotiations and send to H.O for further approval.
  • Plan and support my team to implementation of visual merchandizing.
  • Develop creative marketing strategies to attract more customers.
  • Plan and Implement various social media marketing initiatives as planned by HO.
  • Coordinate with respective vendors and do negotiation as per the budget.
  • Cold Calling, Client Meeting, Lead Generation,
  • Support team for all logistic during events or exhibitions Sales Service.
  • Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts.
  • Be a single point of contact for Sales Team & Factories.
  • Coordination with Factory & Designing Team.
  • Coordinate with Graphics Team for Client Presentation.
  • Team Management – Coaching, mentoring, provide sales system training.
  • Support sales staff while attending customer and handling goods and delivery.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or Diploma in Jewellery or MBA in Marketing
  • Experience: 3-10years experience in B2B sales, Business Development and New Client Acquisition.
Skills:
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
  • Verbal and Written Communication: Ability to articulate ideas clearly & Understanding client needs and responding appropriately.
  • Lead Generation and Prospecting: Ability to identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
